TVC Holdings says Havok valued at $110m

Irish venture capital firm TVC Holdings (TVCH.I: Quote, Profile , Research) said on Monday it had agreed to sell its stake in software provider Havok Inc. to Intel (INTC.O: Quote, Profile , Research) for around $21 million.
