Takeda to acquire Paradigm Therapeutics
Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited (“Takeda”) today announced that Takeda and Paradigm Therapeutics Limited (“Paradigm”) agreed on March 12, 2007 to the acquisition of Paradigm by Takeda. Paradigm Therapeutics appoints Dr Alastair as Riddell as chief executive
Dr Riddell was formerly the CEO and main board member of Pharmagene plc for seven years, where he raised £8.6 million in a private placement in 1999 and £41.7 million at IPO in July 2000.
